Human decisions · thoughtful technology

Technology around the relationship. Not instead of it.

Our AI principle is simple: AI may help us structure the work. People are responsible for professional judgements.

Permitted uses

Approved AI tools may be used for things like structuring, language review, summarising or administrative support, where the legal basis, information security and confidentiality allow it.

Optional expert choices

The Expert Portal has separate choices for AI-assisted structuring of your profile and of your CV. Both are off by default, optional and possible to withdraw. Declining does not affect your ability to apply to the network.

Client conversations

Coaching or advisory conversations are not recorded, transcribed or sent to AI services unless the client has been informed in advance and there is a clear, lawful basis and the necessary agreement.

No general model training

Client or expert data may not be used for general training of external AI models unless this has been explicitly assessed, agreed and communicated in a way that complies with applicable law.

Human oversight

AI-generated summaries or suggestions are to be treated as working material. The professional user is responsible for checking, context and the final decision.

Suppliers

Before an AI supplier is taken into use, Discover Yourself is to assess data storage, training on customer data, sub-processors, geographic processing, security, access, retention and contract terms. A list of suppliers is to be kept up to date internally and made available where required.
