You still perform. But recovery has stopped working, sleep is worse than it was, and your patience runs out long before the day does.
You know what you should do and still don't do it. A decision, a relationship, a direction postponed so long it has become part of the furniture.
You're the one others turn to. You have nobody who is neither dependent on your decisions nor impressed by you — and who pushes back when it's needed.
Most people have already understood their problem. Understanding it simply hasn't changed anything. That's where the work starts.
Six statements, two minutes. Nothing is stored, no email required, no follow-up — you get the reading on screen.
I do what needs doing, but feel nothing when it's done.
I sleep worse than I did a year ago.
There's a decision I've postponed for more than six months.
I'm the one others turn to, but nobody asks me.
I say yes when I mean no.
Time off no longer restores me.
Not insights you already had. Six changes visible from the outside.
What you've been postponing is settled, and you hold it when someone questions you.
You have concrete ways to regulate down, and you use them before you're past the edge.
You catch your own reaction early enough to choose something else.
Without it costing three days of guilt or a relationship.
You can say what you want in a way that survives a real conversation with another person.
You know what to do next time something locks. That's the goal, not a bonus.
Not five disconnected hours. A beginning, a turning point and an end — and you know from day one what we're doing.
The whole situation: what's happening, what you've tried, what you want. We set a goal specific enough to answer yes or no to in three months.
Direction setWhat holds it in place. Rarely a lack of will — more often a strategy that was once necessary and has never been retired.
Cause visibleThe conversation where something gives. We work closer to the body and the feeling, because that's where the old thing sits — not in the arguments.
Something givesTranslation into action. What you do on Monday, what you say and to whom, and how you meet the reaction when it comes.
New behaviourWe make sure it holds without me. You leave with your own method for the next time something locks.
You stand aloneBetween the conversations. Two to three weeks apart, because change happens between them rather than inside them. You have email contact throughout. After the fifth we review: another arc, occasional sessions, or nothing at all. Most people don't need to continue straight away.
Sharp, honest analysis of what is actually going on. I'm a thinking partner with no interest in you feeling good in the room at the expense of how you feel in March. If I see something you don't, I say it.
Stress and stuckness live in the nervous system, not in the arguments. So we also work with breathing, tension and regulation. Concrete, undramatic, and never without your yes.
Most of what hurts happens between people. We practise holding your own line without turning the other person into an opponent, and staying when the conversation gets uncomfortable.
An arc asks something of you. Better that we both know now.
I spent twenty years in environments where judgements carried consequences — in intelligence and security work, on international assignments, and in leadership roles. The task was always the same: understand what is actually going on, rather than what is said to be going on.
It's the same work I do now, one person at a time. I'm a trained coach with a body-oriented approach, and I have little enough need to be liked that I'll say the true thing.

The whole arc, from map to anchor. This is where change actually happens, and what I recommend to nearly everyone who gets in touch.

For those who've worked with me before, or who need a thinking partner ahead of something specific and bounded.
Book a conversationIf it isn't right. If after the arc's first conversation you feel this isn't your path, we stop there and you pay only for that one. I don't want clients who stay out of politeness.

The practice sits on the south coast of Skåne, between Höllviken and Trelleborg. Under half an hour from Vellinge, the Falsterbo peninsula and Trelleborg, about forty minutes from Malmö, and roughly ninety minutes from Copenhagen.
Living further away changes nothing. About half my clients I never meet in person, and I see no difference in results.
On the south coast of Skåne in southern Sweden, between Höllviken and Trelleborg. Clients come from Vellinge, the Falsterbo peninsula, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen — and just as often from elsewhere entirely, since the conversations work equally well online.
Therapy treats, and often works backwards in time. An arc starts from where you stand now and points forward: what has to change and how you do it. We touch the history where it explains the present, but we don't stay there.
If you need treatment, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
Usually the work stayed inside the conversation. You understood more, but the body and the habit didn't follow, and two weeks later everything was as before.
That's why the turn is built into the arc as its own step, and why we work with the nervous system rather than reasoning alone.
Yes. The arc is designed as a whole and the whole is what makes the difference. But you can stop after the first conversation and pay only for that one.
Most people notice something after the first conversation — usually relief at the situation becoming legible. Real behaviour change tends to show around the third.
Yes. I've never met about half my clients in person, and I see no difference in results. The body-based work carries over video.
Often, yes — usually as leadership development. I invoice the company and still report nothing about the content.
I hear that most weeks, almost always from someone who has carried something for a long time. There is no lower threshold. Book the intro call and you'll get my honest read.

One answer is enough. Nothing is stored and nobody is told, but I would rather you did not have to find yourself on a page full of text.
