Coaching and advisory
Discover Yourself offers professional development and advisory work. The services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal, medical or financial advice, unless a suitably qualified specialist is expressly engaged for such an assignment.
The client's decisions
The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions. The advisor may share observations, questions, experiences and recommendations within the scope of the assignment.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality, sponsor reporting, documentation and any exceptions are to be regulated in the assignment agreement. If an organisation funds individual coaching, the payment in itself does not give the organisation a right to the content of the conversations.
Intellectual property
Discover Yourself's methods, templates, frameworks and materials may be used by the client for the agreed purpose but may not be copied, licensed or commercially distributed beyond what follows from the agreement.
Cancellation and payment
Price, payment terms, cancellation and other commercial terms are stated in the quote, the assignment confirmation or the individual coaching agreement.
