Portal terms for experts.

An application is the beginning of a professional relationship — not a guarantee of admission or assignments.

Accurate information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile and CV is accurate and relevant, and that you have the right to provide it. You must not provide confidential client information, or personal data about third parties, without a lawful basis.

Selective admission

Discover Yourself makes a human, overall assessment of network applications. An account in the portal, a submitted application or earlier dialogue does not entail a right to admission or assignments.

Commercial profile

The stated minimum level is used internally as a cut-off filter. The desired level is indicative. Final terms are agreed separately for each assignment. Fee information is not to be shown to other experts or clients other than when necessary to enter into a specific agreement.

Confidentiality

Information about clients, assignments, matches, internal methods and other experts that you gain access to is to be treated confidentially in accordance with a separate confidentiality or subcontractor agreement.

Professional boundaries

You are expected to work within your actual competence, make your role and any conflicts of interest clear, respect the client's confidentiality and refer onwards when the client's needs require other professional competence.

AI

You may not enter Discover Yourself's client data into your own AI services without explicit approval under the current AI policy and assignment terms.

Security

Keep login details private, use a unique password and report suspected account access immediately. Shared accounts are not permitted.

Separate subcontractor agreement

Admitted experts sign a separate framework agreement before their first assignment. The portal terms do not replace that framework agreement.
